Request, proposal and quote

A request does not accept a contract or make a payment. The visual proposal shows the design direction; it does not replace the price quote or its acceptance. The published proposal, scope, amounts and applicable terms must be available before payment.

These terms are prepared for new offers. Historical quotes, consents and payments retain their original terms; this draft does not recalculate or amend them.

Prices and first monthly payment

Portfolio: USD 60 construction + USD 15/month, with no mailbox included.

Business · Self-managed website: USD 150 construction + USD 45/month, including one mailbox.

Premium: quoted construction + maintenance from USD 99/month, including two mailboxes and only expressly quoted modules.

The first monthly payment starts one calendar month after confirmed launch. There is no monthly charge at launch. Contractual billing dates are stated in UTC, at the same time; if that day does not exist in the target month, the last day of that month is used. The quote identifies the amount and applicable schedule before you accept it.

Optional mailboxes: $15/year + $2/month maintenance per mailbox. By request and prior agreement only.

Portfolio — scope

Personal portfolio: one mobile-friendly page in English or Spanish, up to five blocks (page sections) and six projects (pieces of work shown in your portfolio). Design adapted to your profile using a reusable base, your text and photos and light editing. Three rounds of adjustments before launch; each round groups comments on one version.

Portfolio: one small content request per month, taking up to 15 minutes, for text, photos or links within the existing design. Unused time does not roll over.

One standard domain in your name, hosting and technical maintenance included.

No mailbox included. The agreed one-page, one-language scope and revision rounds shown in the offer are retained.

Business — Self-managed website

Panel for an editable menu or service catalogue, posts/news and an activity calendar. You manage the content.

A round is a consolidated list on the agreed scope, not an unlimited redesign. You supply accurate information and permitted materials and approve before launch. Fixing a defect in our delivery differs from extending scope.

Additional modules, bookings, AI, ecommerce and integrations require an explicit quote. No unlimited usage.

Premium — quoted scope

Premium: quoted construction + maintenance from USD 99/month, including two mailboxes and only expressly quoted modules.

Only expressly agreed modules and limits are included. Availability, external services and usage are confirmed before contracting. A demo alone does not prove an operational feature; automation, AI, ecommerce and unlimited usage are not automatically included.

Updates and support

Portfolio: one small content request per month, taking up to 15 minutes, for text, photos or links within the existing design. Unused time does not roll over.

Business: 30 minutes of small content changes each month, with no rollover. You can manage the content available in your panel.

New features and redesigns are quoted separately. Premium support and modules are specified in the quote; no unlimited allowance or unapproved minutes are promised.

First response within a maximum of two business days. This is not a resolution deadline or a promise of immediate attention or regular weekend work.

Renewal cancellation

Cancel renewal from Payments. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps the service available until the paid period ends. If you cancel before the subscription starts, the first monthly payment is not charged. A pending request is not a confirmed cancellation: check the status and effective date in Payments.

Monthly fees are normally not prorated solely because the service was unused. These commercial terms do not limit mandatory applicable rights, including withdrawal or non-performance rights where applicable.

Construction and refunds

Construction: a full refund if you cancel before work actually starts. Payment authorizes work to begin but does not itself prove that work has been done. DAVALON must be able to evidence when work actually began.

Once work has started, the unperformed part is refunded according to the stages and values agreed beforehand in the quote. Only work actually performed and evidenced is allocated; starting a stage does not mean the whole stage was completed. No automatic percentages or estimate based only on elapsed days apply.

If DAVALON cannot complete the project, the undelivered part is refunded. If what has been delivered cannot serve the agreed purpose, the construction fee is refunded in full.

Construction stages and values

Portfolio stages: preparation USD 12; construction USD 36; review and delivery USD 12. Total construction: USD 60.

Business stages: preparation USD 30; construction USD 90; review and delivery USD 30. Total construction: USD 150.

Premium: stages and their values are expressly agreed in each quote; there is no universal initial amount.

The prior free proposal is not charged again. The quote identifies deliverables for each stage; no automatic refund is calculated and historical agreements are not rewritten.

Domain, content and exit

The domain is in the client’s name and DAVALON facilitates its transfer. On exit, the client’s own content and the specific files of the paid website are delivered, subject to applicable third-party licences. The shared DAVALON portal and internal tools are excluded.

Each project identifies the deliverable inventory, licences, email continuity or closure and managed services that end. No universal transfer or construction deadline is promised.

File delivery and limits

Delivery does not include tutorials, advice, external installation, adaptation or technical migration. Migration is the client’s responsibility or is quoted separately. File delivery does not make shared panels or integrations a standalone platform; the inventory and services that end are identified for each project.

Conditions pending before contracting

This document does not enable charges or amend historical agreements. The final version and project-specific terms must be accessible before acceptance.
